Beta binomial prior used here (no choose constant)

Calculates the beta-binomial term used for the infection-history prior without the binomial choose constant.

dbb_prior(x, N, u, v)

Arguments

number of infections

N

number of possible infection times

first shape parameter of the Beta distribution

second shape parameter of the Beta distribution
