Plot posterior parameter traces and densities

plot_posteriors_theta(chain, par_tab)

Arguments

chain

the MCMC parameter chain

par_tab

the model control table used to identify estimated parameters and parameter types

Value

A list of trace and density plots for the main parameters, infection-history prior parameters, measurement-shift parameters, and stratification parameters. Entries are `NULL` when the corresponding parameter type is absent.
